STEPHANIE KOH
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
With a career spanning over two decades, Stephanie Koh brings unmatched expertise and experience to HeyCo. Her professional journey began in the Government sector at the Defence Science Technology Agency (DSTA). She then moved to AIA Singapore, where she spent over 20 years excelling as a Regional Employee Benefits Specialist. During this time, Stephanie developed and implemented comprehensive employee benefits solutions and flexible benefits programs. She also partnered with insurers like AIG, Liberty as well as industry partners to deliver top-notch commercial general insurance solutions for her clients.
In 2024, Stephanie used her extensive experience and strong network to establish HeyCo. Her vision for HeyCo is to provide corporate solutions consultancy services to startups, SMEs, corporations, and multinationals, ensuring tailored and effective strategies for every client.
Stephanie holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the National University of Singapore. She is also a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Chartered Financial Consultant, enhancing her professional credentials.
Beyond her professional achievements, Stephanie is passionate about women’s empowerment. She is dedicated to helping less privileged individuals, especially Burmese young women affected by political instability, to achieve their full potential.
